Welcome!

My name is Cassie, and I am a freshman at the University of Northern Colorado. I have created this blog as a requirement for my astrology class, the cosmos. This blog will provide documentation of my takeaways from the show The Cosmos. I am majoring in psychology, and minoring in gender studies. After I am finished with schooling I hope to become a sex and marriage therapist. In other words… nothing to do with astrology. That was the point of me taking this class, I wanted to explore my interests beyond my major. I have always been fascinated by space and our universe. I think it is amazing that we know so much and yet so little about what is beyond earth. I am very excited to learn and explore the topics of this class, and gain more knowledge about astrology.

More about me…

I am a very creative person. I enjoy painting, drawing, poetry, fashion, singing, acting, dancing, and writing. My favorite hobbies include hiking, watching movies, camping, crafting, hanging with friends, and star gazing. Basically, if the weather is nice you’ll find me outside. Otherwise, i’m wrapped in a blanked where it is cozy.
